Officials from Central Bank of Kosovo, Mr. Fehmi Mehmeti, Deputy Governor for Financial Supervision; Ms. Suzan Dervari, Director of Licensing and Standardization for Financial Sector and Mr. Nexhat Miftari, Director of Insurance Supervision paid a study visit to SEGEM on March 7, 2014.

As recalled, Dr. Ahmet Genç, General Director of Insurance, Undersecratariat of Treasury and President of SEGEM; Mr. Turan Öz, SEGEM Director and Dr. Berna Özşar Kumcu, SEGEM Deputy Director had paid a study visit to Kosovo between May 9 and May 11, 2013. Opportunities of cooperation between the institutions were evaluated during the visit. The cooperation between two countries continued with the two day long “Claims and Claims Management Training” that was organized by SEGEM in Pristina, capital of Kosovo, on September 30 and October 1, 2013 for insurers from the Kosovo insurance sector.

Officials from Central Bank of Kosovo paid a study visit to the Undersecratariat of Treasury in Ankara on March 6, 2014. The officials came together with SEGEM officials in Istanbul on March 7, 2014. Cooperation between the institutions were discussed during the meeting.  The meeting ended after lunch.
