Third National Insurance Symposium entitled “Distribution Channels at Insurance and Private Pension Sectors” was held in Istanbul on May 26th, 2014, by Insurance Training Center (SEGEM) in the framework of Insurance Week, with the contribution of the Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry, Undersecretariat of Treasury the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Association of the Insurance, Reinsurance and Pension Companies of Turkey (TSB). As is known, participants from the regulatory and supervisory authority, insurance sector executives, academics and representatives of the press had participated the Symposium. The symposium was consisted of two sessions entitled “Distribution Channels at the World and Turkey” and “New Era in Distribution Channels at Insurance and Private Pension”. The speeches and presentations of the Symposium will be compiled and published as a book. The books will then be sent to all  stakeholders in the insurance sector, interested institutions, corporations and universities.
