Mrs. Armağan Koç Esen has been appointed as SEGEM Director as of October 1, 2014.

Mrs. Esen started her career in 1996  at the Undersecretariat of Treasury and served in various positions at General Directorate of State-Owned Enterprises, General Directorate of State Aids and General Directorate of Insurance as specialist, unit manager and head of department.

Mrs. Esen graduated from Middle East Technical University business administration department and completed her graduate studies at Arizona State University in master at business management (MBA) and  Master of Science in Information Management (MSIM).

Mrs. Esen served at The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) between 2007 and 2008. Mrs. Esen is married and mother of one child.
