SEGEM will organize Technical Staff Professional Competence Exams for agents, banks, call centers, financial leasing and finance companies on a monthly basis in 2015.

The first term exam in 2015 will be held on January 31, 2015 in Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, Diyarbakır, Istanbul, Izmir, Malatya and Trabzon. Candidates who will take the exam for the first time have completed their applications for the first term exams  between  December 15 and December 30, 2014. Candidates who were unsuccessful in the previous exams made their applications between January 2 and January 9, 2015.
