SEGEM will organize Technical Staff  Professional Competence Exams for agents, banks, call centers, financial leasing and finance companies on a monthly basis in 2015. Detailed information about applications and exams are announced on SEGEM’s website www.segem.org.tr before each term.

The first term exam in 2015 was held on January 31, 2015 in Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, Diyarbakır, Istanbul, Izmir, Malatya and Trabzon. Candidates who took the exam for the first time completed their applications between  December 15-30, 2014. Candidates who were unsuccessful in the previous exams made their applications between January 2-9, 2015.

Results of the first term exams were announced on SEGEM web site www.segem.org.tr.
