In accordance with the Regulation Amending Arbitration in Insurance, published in the Turkish Official Gazette No: 28717, on July 4th, 2013, insurance arbitrators who will be working for the Insurance Arbitration Commission will be required to sit for an exam.
The exam aims at assessing the professional knowledge of candidates. The exam was held by SEGEM on April 25, 2015 in Istanbul and the successful candidates were announced over SEGEM’s web site.
