SEGEM organizes Technical Staff Professional Competence Exams for agents, banks, call centers, financial leasing and finance companies on a monthly basis in 2015. Detailed information about applications and exams are announced on SEGEM’s website www.segem.org.tr before each term.

After the completion of the first, second and third  term exams, the Fourth Term Technical Staff Professional Competence Exam was  held on May 9, 2015 in Ankara, Antalya, Diyarbakır, Erzurum, İstanbul, İzmir and Trabzon.

The Fifth Term Technical Staff Professional Competence Exam will be held on June 27, 2015 in Ankara, Antalya, Diyarbakır, Erzurum, İstanbul, İzmir and Trabzon.
