SEGEM will organize Technical Staff Professional Competence Exams for agents, banks, call centers, financial leasing and finance companies on several terms in 2016. Detailed information about applications and exams are announced on SEGEM’s website www.segem.org.tr before each term.

After the completion of First and Second Term Technical Staff Professional Competence Exams for 2016 on February 27 and April 30, 2016, Third Term Technical Staff Professional Competence Exam for 2016 was held on June 11, 2016. Fourth Term Technical Staff Professional Competence Exam for 2016 will be held on September 24, 2016 in Ankara, Antalya, Adana, Erzurum, İstanbul, İzmir and Trabzon.
