SEGEM will organize Technical Staff Professional Competence Exams for agents, banks, call centers, financial leasing, finance companies and insurance brokers on monthly basis in 2018.

In this context, SEGEM announced the 2018 schedule for exams. Detailed information about applications and exams will be announced on SEGEM’s website www.segem.org.tr before each term.

SEGEM will also organize online trainings in preparation for the Technical Staff Professional Competence Exams through its e-learning platform, SEGEM Academy. The training material is free of charge and accessible until the exam date.
