“Regional Insurance Supervision Program” which is organized by SEGEM and Toronto Centre together, is held in Istanbul. The five day long  program took place between December 8 and December 12, 2014, and the language of instruction was English.

The program was designed for mid- to senior-level insurance supervisors and regulators and aimed at helping insurance supervisors and regulators to understand and implement changes that would protect consumers and support a robust insurance industry.

The program was interactive and, by using case studies and group activities, participants learned from each other by sharing experiences and comparing practices. Throughout the week, participants developed strategies for self-identified challenges in their home organizations, put into practice their newly-acquired action-planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
